1) Review details

Open the alert to see scan count, time window, region, and device mix.

2) Verify shipment

Check if the product legitimately reached that region or reseller.

3) Take action

Mark as counterfeit, contact the reseller, or disable the code as needed.

Do you track exact GPS?

Yes, we use GPS data to pinpoint scan locations, but we anonymize it to protect user privacy.

Can a genuine campaign cause spikes?

Yes. Mark whitelisted campaigns/regions to reduce false positives in the dashboard.
